The out-of-pocket rate applies if you do not have insurance, if insurance denies coverage, or if your insurance pays below the full daily rate.
Summit asks that all payments be made as direct debits from your account as ACH payments. If another arrangement needs to be made, please discuss it with our Admissions Director.
Financial Aid + Scholarships
Financial Assistance may be available for those who qualify. Summit partners with Sky’s the Limit Fund, a nonprofit organization that selectively awards partial grants to students with demonstrated financial need. We also award scholarships and financial aid directly to a limited number of families each year.
If you’ve explored Sky’s the Limit Fund and need additional support, or if you’d like to discuss your family’s financial situation and available options, please contact our Admissions team. We’re here to help you find a path forward.
Insurance Reimbursement
Summit partners with Bridgeway Billing, a full-service insurance billing and advocacy firm. If your family is using insurance benefits to pay for treatment, you’ll enter into an agreement with Bridgeway and Summit to ensure your benefits are properly utilized throughout your child’s stay.
Adam Tsapis Memorial Fund
The Adam Tsapis Memorial Fund was established to honor Adam’s 19 years of dedication to Summit and the thousands of adolescents, families, and staff he supported. Adam’s warmth, presence, and unconditional care helped ease anxiety and build connection throughout the treatment process. This fund continues his legacy by helping families afford the program he helped create.
The fund is administered by Sky’s the Limit Fund, and all grants are matched by Summit in the form of tuition reduction.
To Donate:
You can donate directly to the Adam Tsapis Memorial Fund through the Sky’s The Limit website, or contact Nichol Ernst at nichol@summitachievement.com to discuss your contribution.
